- The second anchor is our habits around smoking. It’s difficult to change our habits when we don’t have a clear view of what they are, so together, we’ll build a map of how you do smoking so that you know exactly what your habits are.
- The third anchor is the physical withdrawal from nicotine, and we’ll go through how this is tiny and easily manageable once the first anchor has been dealt with.
